Returns & Refunds (DM Health & Beauty)
Short version:
We do not accept returns for opened or used cosmetic products for hygiene reasons. You may return unopened, unused items in their original sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Faulty or incorrectly delivered items will always be refunded or replaced.
Full policy:
Right to cancel (distance sales): As required by EU and Irish consumer law, customers have a 14-day right to cancel a distance purchase. To exercise this right, you must inform us within 14 days of receiving your order and return the goods without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of informing us. (Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.)
Hygiene exception (cosmetics): For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of cosmetic products that have been opened, unsealed or used. Products returned that show signs of use may be refused and returned to the customer (at customer’s cost).
Unopened / sealed products: We accept returns of unopened, unused, sealed products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original packaging with all seals and labels intact.
Faulty or incorrect items: If your item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately at [email] with photos and your order number. We will arrange a refund or replacement at no cost to you.
Return costs: If you are cancelling under the 14-day right to cancel (and the product is returned unopened and sealed), you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed. If the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied, we will cover return postage.

with order number and reason. We will issue return instructions and an RMA if required. Do not send returns without prior authorisation.
Consumer rights unaffected: These terms do not affect your statutory rights under Irish and EU law.
